While we knew that Christoph Waltz was to be attending the Ischia Global Film & Music Festival, we have just learned that he will be joined by fellow Basterd, friend and Director Eli Roth! Christoph and Eli are having a “Face to Face” conversation event at Ischia on Tuesday July 12 at 16:00 (Ischia time).
Christoph is also attending the La Capreze cocktail party on Sunday July 10th and on Saturday the 16 will be given the Friend of Ischia award at 21:00 (Ischia time).
Eli will also be attending “Sunset Boulevard 2011″ on Tuesday July 12 at 20:30 (Ischia time). On Thursday July 14, Eli will receive the Ischia Art Award (23:00).

Angeleno fans of Asian and Asian-American cinema have another entry for their 2011 calendars. The inaugural Singafest Film Festival is being slated for September 29 – October 2, 2011 at the Bigfoot Crest Theater in Westwood.
Key to its ability to attract festival goers is Singafest’s selection of Eli Roth to present his favorite Asian genre film. The Cabin Fever and Hostel director will present Takeshi Kitano’s “Minna-Yatteruka!”
For filmmakers looking to take part in the festival, the call for submissions is now open, with tickets available from summer 2011. For up to date information on the festival, go to www.singafest.com
Emma Roberts and Rory Culkin gave fashion fans and movie buffs something to scream about Wednesday night as the pair toasted Nylon Magazine’s Young Hollywood issue in Los Angeles. Eli made it out to the celebration last night and even posed for pictures with ex-girlfriend, Peaches Geldof.
Also attending the event were Kathy Griffin, Emile Hirsch, Paris Hilton, Chord Overstreet and Jenna Ushkowitz.
